Breve Explicación: Tuve una disputa con otro tipo que me insulto, golpeo y destruyo mi camión, yo me bajo y me pongo a hablar con el o a tratar de hacerlo, de un momento a otro llega el acusado, se baja del camión y me dispara en la cabeza lo que generó mi muerte instantánea, sin yo hacerle nada a ese sujeto
